We are looking for a part-time accounts technician to join the team!

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales/purchase ledger and maintaining the day-to-day financials of the business, reporting directly to management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Posting Supplier invoices.
  • Receipt of customer monies.
  • Reconciliation of supplier invoices.
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Review ongoing bank reconciliation, journals and accruals.
  • Liaison with external accountants regarding annual statutory accounts.
  • Submission of VAT return.
  • Bookkeeping on Sage 50 accounts to trial balance level.
  • Reconciliation of the balance sheet.

15-20 hours per month, based in our offices in Mallusk, Newtownabbey.
