Sales – meet and exceed overall Revenue targets
Gross Margin improvement – drive across Customer and Product mix
GP Contribution – meet and exceed budget and continually seek improvement
Pricing Controls – Support pricing model
Quotations – conversion and outstanding – maximising WIN%
Accurate use of Outlook diary management and other digital tools to identify opportunities/risks and record activity
High engagement with all Key suppliers used as an extension of you.
Ownership for own accounts across Area – regular contact plan and responsible for all commercial agreements – pricing, schedules etc
Monitor Customer performance – Daily / Weekly / Monthly
Work closely with Sales Support
Drive focus on New business – always looking for opportunities
Clear focus on major projects and residential schemes in own area
Review and develop Customer Management Strategy – continually improving Customer account contact and ownership
Entertain customers as necessary to build relationships and increase sales, even after normal office hours, as approved by Directors.
High preparation and contribution to sales meetings – Monthly
1-2-1 meetings with Director of Business Development – monthly
Identify and drive personal development opportunities
Lead positive change – challenging behaviours and looking for continuous improvement
Promote the goodwill of our company at all times - A true ambassador
Keep ahead on industry knowledge and changing trends – Social media platforms; Industry media; On-line commerce, etc
Carry out any other duties as requested from Directors
